Do's and Don'ts For Waxing

Grow hair 1/4 to 1/2 inch long

Exfoliate 2 - 3x a week leading up to your appointment

Let your Esthetician know if you are taking any blood thinners, Retin-A, Acutane or similar products

Stop using topical acne or skin lightening products 1 week before appointment

Take Ibuprofen 30 minutes before appointment

Wear loose, breathable clothing

Cancellation Policy
Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 12 hours before your scheduled date and time to avoid a 50% charge for canceled service. You may also use the Vagaro App to reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.
Client accounts with "no-shows" and reschedules requested less than 12 hours before scheduled service time will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
In case of emergency, please send documentation of the emergency that interferes with your ability to arrive for a scheduled appointment to be considered for a refund regarding this policy.
