Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue of whole body areas to bring about generalized improvements in health, such as relaxation or improved sleep, or specific physical benefits, such as relief of muscular aches and pains. Other benefits can also include increased circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a type of therapeutic massage designed with modifications specifically for pregnant women. Prenatal massage is a great way to boost circulation, relax, and reduce tension during your pregnancy. During your prenatal appointment, your massage therapist will use body pillows to create comfortable positions for you to rest in, and each session is completely customized for your changing body's needs. Our pricing for prenatal appointments is the same as for our normal therapeutic massage appointments for the amount of time booked. Prenatal massage is not recommended for the 1st trimester of pregnancy, so we only perform this service in the second and third trimesters.

Couples Massage
A couples massage is whenever two massage services are performed in the same room at the same time. This is a great option to enjoy relaxation alongside a loved one, whether this be a partner, friend, or family member. The pricing for couples massages is the same as the cost of two individual therapeutic massages for the same length of time booked.
Because couples massages required the availability of two service providers at the same time, couples massages can only be booked over the phone, and we recommended booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time (this especially applies for weekends and holidays).

Cupping $20

Cupping supports optimal flexibility and range of motion by reducing muscle tension and fascial restrictions. It is often a compliment to requests for sports style massage work. Cupping is an ideal add on for those seeking release from tension in large or stacked muscle groups. Temporary side effects can include bruising, skin irritation, and soreness.

15 minute foot exfoliation treatment followed by moisturization. Can be added onto any massage.

Hot Oil Scalp Massage $25

Extended scalp massage treatment. Great for increasing circulation to hair follicles. Hot oil is optional, and the service can be done with or without at the client's preference. We also have a shower with bathing products that is available for clients to use after this service, if they would like to wash any oil out of their hair before leaving.

Cancellation Policy
Each client's appointment is of the utmost importance to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves.
As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to give 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
72 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling packages, including group bookings and reservations with multiple services.
A credit card must be on file when booking in order to reserve all appointments. This will not be charged before the service is completed, except for in the case of a last minute cancellation or rescheduling, or a no show. In the case of repeated last minute cancellations, prepayment or a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
Additionally, please keep in mind that our services are often booked back to back. If you think you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call us so we can make adjustments to the schedule or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
